Madrasatul Banat

(Girls’ Madrasa)

In 2002, Jamia established Madrasatul Banat Hazrat Hafsa Bint-e-Umar at Kunjkheda, providing a specialized short-term Mominah course for young girls. This course focuses on imparting Islamic education, fostering a deep connection with Islamic culture, and teaching the correct recitation of the Quran with proper pronunciation.

In addition to religious education, the curriculum includes technical courses such as tailoring, embroidery, and Mehndi design, empowering girls with practical skills. To support their independence, every student who completes the tailoring course receives a sewing machine as a gift.

Currently, 1,009 girls are pursuing their education with lodging and boarding facilities. Over the years, 3,177 girls have graduated from the Mominah course. Among them, 1,101 girls completed the tailoring course, 229 girls mastered embroidery, and 181 girls excelled in Mehndi design.
